I've been hog hunting since the 80s and got dogs cut up started searching for vest in the mid 90s my dad had leather vest made for our catch dogs trying to provide protection then we started buying every vest and style we heard of in the late 90s early 2000s some wasn't worth a dang gut good catch dogs dang near killed and some were decent but once we came across these Southern Cross vest our journey searching for the right vest stopped there we no longer had to search for the right protection for our bay dogs and catch dogs the proof was there we finally had protection that last and since I was a kid I use to never see a catch dog retire but with Southern Cross vest I've seen many good dogs able to live many years and reproduce and retire THANKS TO SOUTHERN CROSS CUT GEAR.

I bought my collar for my 9 month old boxer who loves to play rough with her friends. Most of the time the other dogs bite her around her neck (collar) and often leaves marks and bumps.
I bought this collar depsite its recommended use as a safety device for my boxers neck.
Since I have put this on her everytime she go to play with the dogs, I have not seen any more scars, markd, or bumps on her neck.
Highly recommend it for anyone who has a dog who plays rough.

I purchased this collar to cut down on neck scabs from rough play between my two Doberman. My female starts it and would always end up with bites on her neck. This collar has stopped that problem. I'm more than happy with my purchase.
I have been dealing with southern cross going on 21 yrs now and have never had a problem with any of their products their customer service is top notch and products the same the elite pro is awsome we have 5 of them in our group every one of them works excellent all around maximum protection lite and durable by all means! These standard two-dog leads are intentionally built to keep dogs fairly close together, which helps when leading them out of the woods and reduces the chances of getting wrapped up on trees or brush. If you’re noticing them feeling too tight for your setup, feel free to reach out to us directly with a bit more detail on what you’re experiencing—we’re happy to take a closer look.
If you need more spacing between dogs, we can also set you up with extended couplers, although most customers prefer the closer setup for control and ease when handling two dogs.
