Notice on COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus)

We are currently 100% operational.  At this time we are experiencing NO DELAYS in production or shipping.  

At Southern Cross Cut Gear our priority is always the safety of our employees and customers. Currently we are experiencing an unprecedented and rapidly evolving event around the world. We are committed to closely monitoring this situation and implementing the best practices possible. Bellow are some of the steps we have taken thus far.

• Social Distancing- During this time we have enacted social distancing practices. All employees whom can work from home are doing so and we have limited our on location staff as much as possible. Due to early activation of these practices our staff has been able to adapt and we are currently experiencing no operational delays. 
• Complete flexibility- The state of things can seem to change on a daily or even hourly basis.  As such, we are closely monitoring the situation and rapidly implementing any necessary actions.
• Open Communication- As always we are always available to address any concerns our customers may have.  If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact us. 
• Truly Thankful- The events of these past few weeks have further ingrained our appreciation for all of our hardworking customers and employees.  In the days ahead we all will be confronted with obstacles. We find ourselves with gratitude for the problems we get to solve and the work we do here at Southern Cross Cut Gear.
